What To Expect?

Once you sign up for the cleanse you will receive a welcome email where you will be directed to join our private facebook group. The private facebook group is where you can post your goals, questions, challenges and aha’s. It’s where you will receive support from me as well as the other participants.

In the welcome email there is also information about our upcoming kick off call as well as the support calls.

The cleanse is 10 days long and is split into 3 phases:
  1. 

Phase 1 is 7 days long and is called the elimination phase. This is where you add in more of the “healthy” foods and start eliminating the foods that cause inflammation such as sugar, gluten, dairy, eggs etc.
  2. Phase 2 is 3 days long and is called the deep cleanse phase. During this phase you will consume green smoothies, juices, lots of cooked and raw vegetables, fermented foods, nuts and seeds and a small amount of grains and beans.
  3. Phase 3 is from 3-10 days. This phase you will do on you your own. It’s where you slowly add back in certain foods to your meal plan such as dairy, sugar, etc and notice how your body responds to these foods. Even though this phase is on your own you will receive resources and support on how to navigate through this phase with ease.
